Event Disclaimer, Terms, and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions established by VIP Entertainment and any vendors,  partners, or affiliates working in collaboration with VIP Entertainment (collectively referred to as “the Event Organizers”).

1. Right to Refuse Service 

Our event is staffed with professional bartenders trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or is behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

2. Drink Responsibly

We encourage all attendees to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Please be mindful of your alcohol intake, know your limits, and take care of yourself and others around you.

3. Limitation of Liability

VIP Entertainment, its employees, and any vendors or partners working alongside VIP Entertainment are not liable for any injuries, damages, accidents, or incidents that may occur during or after the event.
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you accept full responsibility for your actions and agree not to hold VIP Entertainment or any of its vendors, affiliates, or staff accountable for any occurrences.

4. Indemnification

By attending the event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Entertainment, its employees, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation, conduct, or actions during the event.

5. Safety Precautions

We strongly advise attendees to plan safe transportation in advance if consuming alcohol. Ride-share services, taxis, or designated drivers are recommended. Your safety is our top priority.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, vendors, and fellow attendees. Disorderly conduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

7. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and support

8. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another eligible guest (21+)  If a ticket is transferred, the original ticket holder is responsible for ensuring that the new attendee has read, understands, and agrees to all Event Disclaimers, Terms, and Conditions outlined by VIP Entertainment and its partnering vendors.

By accepting the transferred ticket, the new attendee automatically agrees to these same terms and conditions. 

9. Photography and Recording

Photographs and recordings will be taken during the event to capture the experience and highlight the enjoyment of attendees. These materials may be used to create promotional content for VIP Entertainment and its affiliated vendors.

10. Privacy Consent

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you consent to the use of photographs and recordings for promotional purposes by VIP Entertainment and its partners. Attendance implies agreement to potentially appear in online or offline marketing materials.

11. Event Modifications

VIP Entertainment reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel all or portions of the event (including the venue, timing, or offerings) due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant updates will be communicated through email or social media channels.

12. Weather Contingency

If inclement weather prevents the event from occurring, a credit will be issued for the next event hosted by VIP Entertainment.

13. Age Restriction

Most events will be 21+ All attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. A valid government-issued ID will be required for entry and age verification.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

15. Responsible Enjoyment Statement

VIP Entertainment and its partnering vendors promote responsible enjoyment of alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
